Shimai Map
Your things. Their place. In a photo.

1. Photograph a storage location
Create a location, enter its name and room, and take or select a photo. Open a drawer or box so its contents are visible. Inside a location you can add another location, such as a drawer inside a cabinet.
2. Mark where things live
Add an object, select its storage location, then tap the photo to mark its position. Add a note if useful. A marker records your selection; it does not automatically recognize or track the object.
3. Find it again
Search an object name, note, room or location. The detail screen highlights its marker and shows the full route through your storage hierarchy. Edit the object after moving it so your record stays accurate.
Photos and markers
Adding a photo is optional. Replacing a location photo clears its markers, since the image coordinates change; objects and notes remain. Tap Edit to mark their positions in the new photo.
Backup and restore
Settings → Export backup saves photos and records in a JSON file. Import backup adds records with IDs not already present and never overwrites existing records. Importing the same file twice does not duplicate objects. If an existing location photo differs, imported markers for that location are cleared.
Try the sample
Explore sample storage without changing your personal library. The clearly marked sample photographs are AI-generated illustrative content. Changes made in sample mode are temporary; End returns to your real library. Backups are disabled while using the sample.
