Opened On
Developer data collection
Opened On does not collect or upload your records or photos. There are no accounts, advertisements, analytics SDKs, tracking, or remote AI services.
On-device information
Item names, opening dates, categories, notes, optional photos, check-in reminders and finished dates are stored on your iPhone. Saved photos are resized and re-encoded without original GPS or other image metadata. The app does not request your geographic location.
Camera and Photos
Camera permission is requested only when you choose Camera. The system photo picker provides only the images you select. Photos help you recognize your own items and are not sent to the developer.
Local reminders
Notification permission is requested when you enable a reminder. Notifications are scheduled locally and contain the item name. Use iPhone notification preview settings to hide names on the lock screen. No push notification server is used.
Backup and external links
You can export a JSON backup containing records and photos to a destination you choose. If you choose a cloud provider in Files, that provider's policy applies. Device data may also be included in Apple's device backups according to your settings. Backups are not encrypted by the app. Opening support links sends ordinary browser connection information to the website provider; support email includes information you choose to send.
Deletion and contact
Delete records in their detail screen. Deleting the app removes local data; manage exported files and device backups separately. Effective October 18, 2026. This policy may change with the app's features. Operator: KO-JI APPS / Koji Tamatsu. Contact: kojpkoo@gmail.com.
